Tent accommodations as well are hidden amidst the trees for those who truly want solitude to “rough it,” the comfortable Feathered Pipe way in the Montana great outdoors. Tents have twin-size mattresses and can sleep one. The tents do not have electricity or heat, and for bathroom facilities guests do need to walk a short distance to the bathhouse.

TIPIS

True, intimate connection with nature can be experienced in tipi living. Our tipis offer you an open “eye to the sky” with canvas walls that shift color, light and shadow during daylight. Tipis have two foam mats on raised platforms and can sleep one or two comfortably. The tipis do not have electricity or heat, and for bathroom facilities guests do need to walk a short distance to the bathhouse.

DELUXE WALL TENTS

Glamping at its finest – our wall tents will make you feel like royalty while lounging in the great outdoors of Montana’s Rocky Mountains. Deluxe wall tents have queen-size beds and can sleep two if they are a couple or more commonly one. The deluxe wall tents do not have electricity or heat, and for bathroom facilities guests do need to walk a short distance to the bathhouse.

YURTS

Experience Montana’s great outdoors in comfort! The most requested lodging at the Feathered Pipe Ranch without question is our yurt accommodation, and for good reason. Yurts can sleep two and feature raised wood flooring and an interior sealed from the external elements. The yurts do not have electricity or heat, and for bathroom facilities guests do need to walk a short distance to the bathhouse.

SAI CONDO

Sai Condo is nestled still farther back in the tall pines with a large floor to ceiling wall of windows and room for three. Sai Condo is accommodated with two twin-size beds and a full-size (almost queen-size) bed in the loft above. There is no electricity in the Sai Condo, but it does have heat, comfortably straddling the two worlds between nature and the creature comforts.

MAIN LODGE

The Main Lodge has the character of western luxury of the last century with a huge, wood-beamed main hall and library. Each room sleeps three and has its own bathroom. Staying in the main lodge has the advantages of immediate, 24-hour access to the Main Hall for personal early morning practice and close proximity to the Feathered Pipe Kitchen and Dining Hall where our staff work their culinary magic.

RANCH CHALET

The chalet offers spectacular views of the Ranch overlooking the lake and the mountains stretching beyond. Rooms have been hand crafted with wood flooring, abundant soft lighting, wood-chinked, outer walls and baseboard heating for the rare occasions when the wondrous, Montana summer nights become too chilly for your comfort.

HONEYMOON CABIN

The Honeymoon Cabin offers a rustic ambiance with a front porch and room for two with a private bathroom and heating. The cabin can be accommodated with a king-size bed for one or for a couple. It can as well be accommodated with two twin-size beds for two friends or family members wishing to room together and enjoy privacy.

TEACHERS CABIN

Nestled in the trees next to a small brook near the bathhouse is Teachers Cabin. Having its own kitchenette shared by two one-bedroom apartments with living room and private bathroom, makes this lodging offering special. Ceiling fans, baseboard heat and huge comfy queen-size beds assures your comfort in all weather.

As your program's administration is being dealt with directly by the program's teacher(s), they will contact you to finalize registration, confirm accommodation choice, and determine discount eligibility.

ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS:

I recognize that the Yoga Enterprises, LLC and Annie Carpenter hosted program in which I will participate may require

physical exertion that may be strenuous, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. If I do

not feel I have enough information about the risks and hazards, I will request additional information

from Yoga Enterprises, LLC dba Nest Yoga Oakland and Annie Carpenter.  I will make efforts to learn of the health risks of this type of

program. I am aware that Yoga Enterprises, LLC dba Nest Yoga Oakland and Annie Carpenter are not staffed or equipped to provide medical

advice about such risks, or to provide medical care, treatment, or diagnosis to any program participants.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my

participation in the program. I represent and warrant that I am physically able to participate and have

no medical condition that could prevent my full participation in a program. I understand that Yoga Enterprises, LLC dba Nest Yoga and Annie Carpenter do not provide any medical or health screening of participants, instead relying on the

good faith of participants like myself to cooperate as described in this agreement to help keep all of us

safe and healthy.

KNOWING THE POTENTIAL RISKS INVOLVED in participating in a Yoga Enterprises,LLC dba Nest Yoga and Annie Carpenter hosted

program, I attest that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks

involved.

This Assumption of All Risks Agreement is also entered into on behalf of any minors accompanying me.

This Agreement is binding on my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

A $500 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to hold your space at this Yoga Enterprises,LLC dba Nest Yoga and Annie Carpenter hosted retreat at the

Feathered Pipe Ranch. After two business days or upon our office contacting you and completing

registration, whichever comes first, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

CANCELLATION BY REGISTRANT: For Yoga Enterprises,LLC dba Nest Yoga and Annie Carpenter hosted retreats, final payment is due 8 weeks

from the beginning date of program. For cancellations by the registrant more than 8 weeks from the beginning

date of program, THE DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE (but transferrable to Nest Yoga credit), but any payment beyond the deposit will be REFUNDED. For cancellations by the

registrant 8 weeks or less from the beginning date of the program DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS will be NON-

REFUNDABLE (but transferrable to another person for the same program if preferred).

All cancellations must be received in writing by email at kim@nest-yoga.com. Cancellations will be considered effective

on the day they are emailed. Refunds, if

available and/or applicable, will be remitted within 30 days.

CANCELLATION BY YOGA ENTERPRISES ,LLC dba NEST YOGA and ANNIE CARPENTER: In the event that the program has to be cancelled or

postponed to a later date for any reason, Yoga Enterprises,LLC dba Nest Yoga and Annie Carpenter will

transfer your registration and deposits/payments made to the rescheduled program, or any other Nest Yoga program within one year from the date of cancelled program. For

cancelled programs that have a rescheduled date defined, Yoga Enterprises,LLC dba Nest Yoga will refund

payments beyond the deposit if desired. For cancelled programs that have no rescheduled date,

Yoga Enterprises,LLC dba Nest Yoga and Annie Carpenter will refund all program deposits/payments if desired.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED: In the event of cancellation at any time, for any reason, and by

any party, Yoga Enterprises,LLC dba Nest Yoga and Annie Carpenter WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets,

ticket change fees or other travel expenses. For these reasons we STRONGLY URGE that you purchase

travel insurance to protect your investment.
